These oysters are produced by Pentlatch Seafoods Ltd., a company wholly owned by the K’ómoks First Nation and named in honor of the house of Pentlatch. The K’ómoks further acknowledge their heritage by choosing as their primary brand the mask of Komo Gway – The Ruler of the Undersea. The Komo Gway oysters are cultured in the clean, clear waters of British Columbia, Canada, using sustainable methods. Beautifully flavored, firm-fleshed with a refreshing briny taste and vibrantly colored mantel, these 2” – 2 ½” beach-grown oysters are a true oyster lover’s delight.
