A cherished cold water Topneck from the local certified waters of Rhode Island. These clams are harvested daily. They are the classic gray-white shell hard clam measuring 2 ½" with approximately 6 clams per pound. Very salty and packed full of grit free, super sweet meat. We do harvest Topneck clams from Massachusetts and Canada when supply in Rhode Island is limited.
