Nana's Italian Mussels

2 lbs. Restaurant Ready® Mussels
Olive oil
1 cup dry white wine or cooking wine
4 tbsp. fresh garlic diced or jarred diced garlic
1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley roughly chopped
Crushed Red Pepper

Coat 12” skillet with olive oil and heat to medium. Add garlic and sauté one minute. Add white wine, Restaurant Ready® Mussels, and crushed red pepper to taste. Simmer covered for 7-10 minutes or until the meats form completely away from the shells adding parsley in the last few minutes.
