Middleneck Clams (2" Clam) - 100 count

A cherished cold water Middleneck from the local certified waters of Rhode Island.  These clams are harvested daily. They are the classic gray-white shell hard clam measuring 2" with approximately 8 clams per pound. Very salty and packed full of grit free, super sweet meat.  We do harvest Middleneck clams from Massachusetts and Canada when supply in Rhode Island is limited.
