March Mussel Madness
What is March Mussel Madness?
RI Chefs will create one unique signature dish to be featured in their establishment for the month of March using our locally sourced Restaurant Ready® mussels! The public is invited to visit competing restaurants throughout the month of March and rate each dish by the link or QR code provided at the time of service.
The grand prize winner will be featured in The Providence Journal, with a photo and article written by food editor Gail Ciampa, recognizing chef, restaurant and their winning recipe! The winner will also receive a commemorative plaque and a $250 gift certificate to Dave’s Fresh Marketplace.
