Chowder clams are harvested predominantly from Narragansett Bay, RI. If
the weather doesn't cooperate, we do sometimes bring them in from Maine
and Massachusetts. Chowder clams are 4 - 5" and they average 1 - 2 per
pound. All of our clams are purged in our state-of -the-art seawater
system to remove sand and grit.
