The American Oyster Knife

This knife, hand crafted on John's Island in South Carolina is a novelty item for any oyster enthusiast. The handle of the knife is made from actual oyster shells that have been sanded down to create a smooth grip. A firm steel blade sits firmly in between the shells and is held there by a strong epoxy. Not recommended for speed shucking, however, these are perfect for light everyday shucking. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
